Apart Hotel Rugby is a family-run apart-hotel on Railway Terrace, a short walk from Rugby station and the town centre. We have 16 private rooms in seven types, from a compact Economy Double Room to a one-bedroom apartment for up to four guests. Here is why guests pick us over a standard hotel room.

1. You arrive when it suits you

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and it is self check-in: before arrival you receive your personal door code, so a late train or a long drive is not a problem. Check-out is by 10:30 AM, and a late check-out until 2:30 PM is available for £30, subject to availability.

2. Most rooms have their own kitchenette

14 of our 16 rooms have a private kitchenette with a hob, fridge, microwave and kitchenware, and the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Cooking your own breakfast and dinner makes a longer stay cheaper and more comfortable. The Economy and Standard Double Rooms have a fridge, microwave and kettle for drinks and light snacks.

3. A room type for every trip

  • Economy and Standard Double Rooms for short, budget-friendly stays
  • Standard, Deluxe and Superior studios with kitchenette for couples, solo travellers and business guests
  • Deluxe Double or Twin Room when two people need separate beds
  • Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed for up to 4 guests

4. Practical extras that are simply included

Free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with streaming services, a private en-suite shower room with towels and toiletries, and free on-site parking with 6 spaces. On stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping with fresh linen and towels is included.

5. Clear rules and a direct line to us

Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Air conditioning can be added for £5 per night, and well-behaved pets are welcome in selected ground-floor Deluxe rooms for £30 per stay.
