  1. Flexible arrival. Self check-in from 3:00 PM with a personal door code, so a late arrival is fine.
  2. A place to cook. A kitchenette with a hob, fridge, microwave and kitchenware in 14 of our 16 rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment.
  3. Private bathroom. Every room has its own shower room with towels and complimentary toiletries.
  4. Fast Wi-Fi. Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building.
  5. Entertainment. A Smart TV with streaming services in every room.
  6. Parking. Free on-site parking with 6 spaces.
  7. Comfortable temperature. Heating in every room, with air conditioning available for £5 per night.
  8. Housekeeping on longer stays. Weekly housekeeping with fresh linen and towels included on stays of 7 nights or more.
  9. The right room size. Seven room types, from an Economy Double Room to an apartment for up to 4 guests, including a room with double or twin beds.
  10. Clear policies. Free cancellation 14 or more days before arrival, late check-out until 2:30 PM for £30, pets welcome in selected ground-floor Deluxe rooms (£30 per stay) and children aged 6 and over.

Good to know: we do not serve breakfast and there is no restaurant on site, but most rooms let you cook your own, and the town centre is a short walk away.
