Booking Confirmation:
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card or deposit. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 10days of check-in will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is from 3 PM.
Check-out time is by 10.30 AM. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge.

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival, as specified in the booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer and card payment.

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the total booking amount will be charged.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.
